This is a one week timeshare leasing at the Summit at Massanutten subdivision, Massanutten Ski Resort during the finest time of the year - Week 52, December 26, 2014 to January 2, 2015. This timeshare unit is a 2 bed room, two bath RCI Gold Crown (five star) ranked home. The system consists of hot tub, private deck, kitchen with dishes, utensils, linens, towels, cable television televison, ect. I have both upper and lower condominium units offered. The very first occupant gets their choice. The resort has actually impeccably groomed slopes with great vistas, and a world class indoor Waterpark. Check-in is at the Main Desk of the Hotel on Friday. The Concierge can answer any questions you might have about the the surrounding area (i.e. Monticello, Montpelier, or Shenandoah Valley). I had to reserve this device two years beforehand, do to the high demand. I will overseas and unable to enjoy it this year. The hotel charges $350 per night for this system. Paypal is the preferred purchase option. Upon payment in full, I will supply verification letter to the Resort. This essential release can be confirmed prior to Paypal releases the funds.
