I have a 2 bedroom suite booked at the Wilderness at the Smokies (Sevierville, TN)I own a timeshare of Wyndham. I have sold similar vacation offers, because I am trying to supplement some of our costs. (Monthly Mortgage Cost and Maintenance Fees)Check In: Sunday, April 1st, 2012 (Fayette County Spring Break)Check Out: Wednesday, April 4th, 2012**Cost: $650 for ONE "2 bedroom suite" (Everything listed below, NOT per night)- Two Bedroom Suite- Allows you to bring your entire family or split it with someone you know- Includes up-to 8 wristbands for the waterparks- Fully furnished kitchen. (No need to eat out, you can cook your meals there)- Washer and Dryer in the suite- One King Bed in master bedroom with bathroom connected- Two Double beds in the second room- One Queen Sofa pull-out- Two Bathrooms- Whirlpool Tub in Master Bathroom- Balcony/Deck- SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE 2 BEDROOM SUITE 1,090This reservation is booked through myself, I am a Wyndham owner. If you choose to purchase this offer, you will receive a "guest certificate" in your name. I would then send you an email that included a confirmation & guest certificate. I included a picture of the check-in desk you would go to (Wyndham guest check-in). It is directly across from the main check-in. This information will make your check-in process quick and easy. Upon check in, you will be asked to put down a credit card deposit. That is so you don't trash the room and/or five finger discount anything. You will receive a full service deposit refund upon check out as long as you don't order videos/games on the tv, steal anything and/or trash it. You will also receive up to 8 waterpark wristbands when you check in. This is for use of the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Of course during this time the outdoor waterparks will not be open. However they are currently building a dry land. There is a chance it may not be done during your stay. Please check out www.wildernessresort.com for comparison price rates. Keep in mind; you are not getting a standard hotel room. You are getting a two bedroom suite, fully furnished.
