Price consists of all utilities. Lovely space with hardwood floor, couch, comfy chairs, large desk and ergonomic desk chair fireplace, spectacular mountain look ats, tempurpedic queen bed and possible twin futon. Full bath with exceptionally gorgeous tile and glass block is shared. These is another half bath available also so never a problem waiting. Net access (Wifi and ethernet) and use of the laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen/dining area, and the deck with sweeping mountain look ats. Cost is $67/night for 1 for weekdays, include $10/night for each additional individual. Weekend price is $99/night for 1, include $10 for each extra person. For rentals of one week or more, the weekend rate modifications to the weekday rate. Readily available through at least August 24th, possibly longer. Plus 12 % bed tax because I'm a certified holiday tenant. The last visitors were college students waiting for their lease to start. One mentioned on how serene it is here. The majority of the house, consisting of the bedrooms and shared bath has actually been remodelled (down to studs) using green/organic products throughout. All the water in the home and front gardens is filtered, so there is no chlorine in the showers or taps or front sprinklers. We use only natural cleaners, unscented natural laundry soap and no pesticides. The cooking area, dining location have not been remodeled so no dishwasher but everything works fine. No animals, smoking, drugs, liquor or strong aromas (such as perfume, incense, scented candles, etc, aromatic aftershave) on the properties. Sandra, the owner is vegetarian so no meat, fish, seafood, fowl or eggs on the premises.
