Will have available our very nice and clean 30' first quality 5th. wheel (Okanagan is a first class fifthwheel out of Canada) under a 40'x44' awning. You cant believe how nice the large awning is when the sun is out even in the winter. Why pull your unit down when this comes furnished and ready to live in. It will be available April 1st. or next fall. Had someone stay in it the last year and he said it wasnt to bad under the awning for the summer. You will be responsible for electricity and water. If you want it I will need money down to hold it. I really need you to call me as I dont check my emails often. My number is 406-390-XXXX. Please call me before you come to see it as I still have a renter till the end of the month and dont want to bother them. Would like to rent it now but would be open to anything.
