We are renting our week of oceanfront Florida vacation for $695. This is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 people and every unit has it's own private balcony. We have week 23 booked which is Saturday June 9th- Saturday June 16th. We are not able to use this anymore and need to rent or we would sell this floating timeshare for only $1,200 and the closing cost. So this could be yours for around $1,500. Floating means that we have the choice of what week of vacation we want out of 18 different weeks per year.
