This one-bedroom apartment is located across the street from one of the whitest beaches you have ever seen-Crescent Beach on the south end of Siesta Key in Sarasota. Your apartment has a newly installed hardwood floor in the bedroom, a bath with a new vanity and is a ground-floor unit with ceramic tile and enclosed backyard/garden for lounging and barbecuing (check out our brand new large gas barbecue!). The fully equipped kitchen has a new frig with ice-maker. Building complex is equipped with laundry, social room, heated pool. Sugary-white (99% quartz) Crescent (Siesta ) Beach is a 2-4 minute stroll across the street! Located south of Stickney Point Road near scenic Pointe of the Rocks. Shopping center and restaurants within walking distance. No need to get in your car! Building has pool and social room. Apartment has 32 inch flat screen TVs, VCR, DVD, air conditioning, barbecue, and very private backyard/garden. Since it is located on the ground floor with a private backyard, this apartment is ideal for couple with young children needing supervision or people who want privacy and freedom. And, most importantly, the property owner lives only a block away year-round and is always at your service. Here are our incredibly low rates for the remaining dates in June: $450/week; $70/night.
