Third fl end unit avail May 17th forward. One/two people, $70/nite, $350/wk, and monthly rentals of $1175, 4 NITE MIN, all bills pd. Ck for rates on special event dates, ie, ACL. No lease required; sm refundable deposit, w/refs, only on monthly rentals, though there is a cleaning fee of $50-$100 for wkly & monthly rentals. Unit is pristine & tastefully done, much like a NY pad. Has a very nice/comfortable qn bed and fresh linens. Sm kitchen is fully equipped. Free internet/cable. Everything provided, ie, dishes, pots/pans, towels, coffee items, microwave, frdig, toaster paper goods and even cleaning supplies are in stock. Nice leather sleeper sofa, electric fireplace. Wooden flooring. Unit is small but has an open and airy feel to it with windows along one end (one of them a bay window) and a walled mirror. Has front & back door, and sm balcony facing Speedway that has a view of the UT Tower and the Hyde Park Church Steeple. There's an assigned covered parking space; bus stops right in front of complex. Sm dogs are allowed with reasonable non-refundable deposit. Located in safe & secure trendy area that is considered old Austin, where legislators/professors made their homes in yrs gone by. Great for UT visitors/graduate students. We aim to be fair and not misrepresent (and hope for same) so pics are pretty true to form. This is the PERFECT LOCATION for UT visitor. Short walk to UT and a longer stride to downtown. Free airport trans offered if it can be arranged. No one lives in unit on regular basis and owners lives off-premises, but did live in it for 4 yrs so knows he value of the accommodatins. Laundromats one blk either side of complex. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and Central Market nearby. We don't mind providing refs and will ask of same.
