I have a timeshare at the Outer Banks Beach Club in Kill Devil Hills, NC that I wish to rent or offer. This week landeds on Mother's Day, so provide mom a present that will continue offering. a getaway! My unit is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath system on the leading floor (3rd Floor) in the middle of the structure. There is not an elevator currently, but they are in the process of installing one and should be completed by next year when you would be there. The 2-bedroom suites feature a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bed room has 2 twin beds and a separate complete restroom. The living area includes the private veranda with a beach view, as well as has a king-sized pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen area is completely furnished with a fridge, microwave and cooking area electrics such as a mixer, blender, toaster oven and even more. My dates are May 8th-- 15th, 2015 which is Friday to Friday, Week 19. The annual maintenance costs are $590, $24.15 is genuine estate taxes (which is tax deductible). This averages out to $84/night, which is much less than what you could get a hotel room for at the beach this time of year. If you are interested in leasing the expense is $700 ($100/night) or if you wish to acquire, let me know and I'll make the arrangements.
