Formula One rates vary, Nov 16, 17,18 already booked. End 3rd fl unit w/front/back doors. Sm balcony faces Speedway w/view of UT tower & Hyde Pk Church steeple. Very comfortable & we do our utmost to keep it in pristine condition. Wooden floors & tastefully done with nice framed art paintings; much like a NY pad. Has very nice/comfortable qn bed & fresh towels & bed linens; leather sofa bed in living area. Sm separate kitchen fully equipped; was upgraded not long ago with new appliances and countertops. Free internet/cable. Everything a person needs away from home & more, ie, dishes, pots/pans, towels, coffee items, microwave, frdig, toaster paper goods and even cleaning supplies in stock. Unit is small but has a bright open & airy feel to it w/windows along one end (a bay window) and a mirrored wall. Cenral AC/Heat. Assigned covered parkg space; bus stops in front of complex; short walk to UT & longer stride to downtown. Safe/secure location; trendy area considered to be old Austin, where legislators & professors made their homes in yrs gone by. Perfect for UT visitors/graduate students. We are fair-minded native Austinites intent on not misrepresenting & hope for same. Pics pretty true to form. No one lives in unit on regular basis; owners live off-premise, but did live in it for 4 yrs so know the value of the accommodations. Laundromats one blk either side of complex. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and Central Market nearby. Overnighting has been enjoyed by many; most are delighted with the unit, but all occupants are at the very least pleased with it. We don't mind providing refs; will ask for same. No smoking/loud parties allowed on or around premises.
