$75/night during Ski Season - weekdays and weekends!!!!!!!! Easy Drive and only 3 hours from the Bay Area. One bedroom condo in bear valley village. Short walk to the ski bus, and ski back to your condo. Just steps from Bear Valley Village, close walk to the sledding hill and cross country ski area. Also a short drive up the hill to the resort if you choose. Sleeps 4. (Queen bed in bedroom with door, queen sofa bed in the living room). Condo includes kitchen, cable and a pellet stove. All blankets and pillows are provided, as are pellets! Terms for renters: Provide their own queen sheets, pillow cases and towels. Clean the unit upon exit including vacuum (included) wipe down shower, bathroom sink, kitchen area and table. No Pets or Smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio. Flat rate of $75.00 per day plus $6 tax. Check in time 2:00 pm. Check Out time 12:00 noon. (Late checkout may be available for an extra $25.00) Rate is for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. This is the best value in Bear Valley, and you do not need to drive up from Arnold, the condo is right at Bear Valley Village. Contact for availability and description. Many weekends are still available. REI has adult Bear Valley lift tickets for $54.50!!! The skiing and boarding is great this year.
