Are you coming to family weekend and looking for a place to stay close to JMU? Our Farm is located about 20 minutes from JMU and we have two rooms in our home (future to be a bed and breakfast once all our changes are complete). We have two large rooms available at $75 per night.The first room is located on the bottom floor of our large 4000 sq foot home. It has a Full Size bed that is very clean and neat. You will have a private bathroom just next to the room and a shared Living room area that is 16 x 28 in size. For an additional $25 you can get a second smaller room that has a TV with Direct TV and a pull out couch that opens into a full size bed as well for a private living area.The second room is located on the second floor and has a Queen size bed and will also have a private bathroom just outside the room. This room has it's own TV with Direct TV though the TV is not an HD tv.Adults and children alike will enjoy the 20.7 acres of our farm and have open access to walk about the property. Children can have supervised time with any of our animals (Cows, Pigs, Ducks, Chickens, Quail, Pheasant, Rabbits, Goats and Turkey).The house has a large screened in back porch for you to enjoy the fresh air. Smoking is not allowed inside our home but you are more than welcome to smoke outside.Pets are allowed provided they are in crates when you are not there with them, leashed when you take them outside and you take responsibility for any damages they may cause to the rooms.If you are interested, please call: 973-670-XXXX.dogs are OK - wooofLocation: Grottoes, VA
