Special: $75/night for one or two people. Includes taxes. Two night minimum. Regular rates $85/night. No pets, no smoking. Weekly rate: pay for 6 nights, stay 7. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people for a small additional fee. Children under age 10 are free. There is a Pack 'n Play for the little one, grassy backyard for the children, and no traffic on the street since our lane is used by only two other homes. You may clean for yourselves or pay a $50 cleaning fee.Stay at our cozy cottage only 8 miles south of Newport. It is a short walk to Seal Rock State Park beach to explore the tide pools.
