You are literally steps from main boat ramp and only a short 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive into the town of Cascade. Drop your boat in the water and park in the driveway! The home is CLEAN and completely remodeled. There are three private bedrooms, all comfortably furnished which sleep 7 people with a King, a Queen, a Full and a Twin bed. The house has all the ameneties of home; a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and Weber charcoal grill. There is a dining room and a main room which offers comfortable seating and scenic views. There is also a TV/DVD and movie collection for watching movies.Come enjoy all the recreation that Cascade has to offer: fishing, waterskiing, boating, whitewater rafting, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, hot springs, the new whitewater park, motorcycle riding/4 wheel riding, hunting, snow skiing and snowmobiling.
