Most of them are 1BR cottages with a large size bed in a bedroom, also living room with double futon bed, full kitchen and one bath. In the kitchen there is everything for cooking like stove, fridge, pots, pans, plates, silverwear, glasswear etc. Those cottages can sleep up to 4 people. The promotional rate starts from $129/ a night for two people (+$12.50 for each additional person). Or if you book it for the full week you would get an additional break on a price- $750/ two people +$100 for each additional personWe also have a couple 2BR cottages which sleep up to 6/8 people and the promotional rate on those would be $149/ for two people (+12.50 for each additional person) or $850/ a week for two people +$100 for each additional person.In addition we also rent very nice, waterview, large and spacious 3BR house (sleeps 8) at the rate of $229/ a night or $1300/ a week.All our cottages are waterfront. We are located right on Asseateague Channel, overlooking Asseteague National Park, wild Chincoteague ponies, lighthouse etc. We also have a nice deck right on the water with picnic tables and chairs, docking space, fishing and crabbing piers, boat slips, tiki hats, outside grill etc. There is also a little beach area with beach chairs and palm tree where you can just lay down and relax. We also have a marina where you could rent a boat, conoe, kayak and explore the island. If you want us to show you around we also have water taxi and guided tours. You can also bring your own boat and dock it at our marina.As you can tell we have it all. Ready for you to come and enjoy it!
