The cottage has 2 bedrooms with full beds, 1 futon, 1 couch and reclining chairs in the living room, a full bath and a well equiped kitchen. There is cable TV. The dock is large enough for a large boat or up to 3 average size boats. There is a public boat launch in Bemus. Garbage pickup is twice a week right at the road. There is a gas grill, fire pit and lawn furniture. There is a nice laundry mat in Bemus (about a minute car drive away)br>Bemus has a golf course, small beach, the floating stage (free entertainment) at the Italian Fishermen, many gift shops and the famous Casino (bar, restaurant with great food and entertainment). Playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, church and a library.There is much activity on and around the lake, many antique shops, restaruants, you can rent boats, jet skis. The lake is known for its wonderful fishing...There are also miles and miles of hiking trails in close by state lands.
