Our well preserved condo has 3 bed rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, full kitchen with complete size washer and clothes dryer, central air/heat. The condo is on the second floor of Water Pointe II, North Myrtle Beach, near Barefoot Landing. Water Pointe II is an all ocean front building. It has a heated indoor swimming pool with hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool, all have full ocean views. The structure set up makes for extremely easy access to the beach, no long hikes. Our linen package includes bed sheets and lots of bath towels. The beds are made up for your arrival, just show up and take pleasure in! Our device has a partial ocean view; it looks out over the indoor swimming pool roofing system. We understand this view might not be for everybody. We really want all renters to be familiar with the view. Our unit is on the 2nd floor of a 10 story concrete structure. We are straight on the beach. Compare my rates to other oceanfront 3BR condos and you will certainly see I am substantially more cost effective! I have over 20 pictures online.
