The home is approx 660 sf and has a large confined walled patio area in front facing the topa topa mountains which extends your living location outdoors to enjoy the beautiful pink minute sunsets. The back yard is completely fenced and secure and might be a nice location for your dog to hang out while you are out and about. Inside, the home is well appointed with imported ceramic tile flooring, tile counters and bath, lovely leaded glass door resulting in outdoor patio, complete kitchen with gas range/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and far more. The decoration is very classic Parisian flea market with a little restoration hardware included-- trs chic! The glamorous bed is selected with luxury linens and hypo-allergenic pillows and comforter. There is also a big 17th century antique dresser for your things and a beautiful 18th century french writing desk. The kitchen area has a lovely antique table and chairs-plenty for all. In addition, there is a queen air bed with additional bed linen for extra visitors and a single fold away foam mattress best for one with extra linens and bedding for both.
