I have studio, 1br and 2br vacation rentals available at the Westgate Smoky Mountains resort in Gatlinburg, TN. Rates starting at $79 per night for studio suites. I will do 3, 4, 7 night or longer rentals. Holiday & Summer rentals are higher. Early Bird 2014 July 4th special. 2br/2ba at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort.June 29th - July 6th, 2014. $1199 for the full week including taxes and waterpark passes. The studio suite has two queen beds in the bedroom, kitchenette, small dining table and balcony.The 1br and 2br(sleeps up to 8) suites are fully furnished with a full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, master bedroom with king bed and sofa sleeper, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, patio/balcony. The resort is pet friendly and does have pet only suites for pets under 60lbs. NON Smoking suites. As an owner with Westgate, if you rent from me, you will also receive complimentary passes for the waterpark. The number of passes depends on the unit size reserved. The resort has plenty of amenities including an indoor waterpark, outdoor pools, bbq and picnic area, restaurant, snack bars, fitness room, and game room. You can email thru Craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX to reserve or ask questions. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
