Tarpon Point also has shuttle bus boat service to Ft. Myers beach. Royal Tee Golf Club is the opened, semi-private, 27 hole champion golf course & just five minutes away. We are likewise easily located near a Publix supermarket, drug store, & many shops. Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sun Splash Waterpark, Edison & Ford Winter Estates are all nearby. About our home: Cathedral ceiling with large Kitchen, Great room & living-room. Tile floors throughout, except bedrooms which are carpeted. Four Bedrooms sleeps seven. Facilities: Swimming swimming pool (heated). No Smoking permitted. Activities close by: Biking trail right in front of our house, Golf, Tennis, Library, Miniature golf, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, & Shelling. Flight terminals: Ft. Myers International airport & Charlotte County airport are both close by. Rates: Peak season December thru April-$950 a week. Non-Peak $795 a week. Holiday rates could vary.
