$800 for the week of April 01 thru April 08, 2013, at the beautiful Marina Fiesta Spa & Resort. This is a Gold Crowne resort located on the marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas. At a 5 minute walk to the Medano beach and 5 minute walk to the downtown nightlife and restaurants, this is THE place to stay if you want easy access to both. All the other luxury resorts are either a taxi ride or 20+ minute walk to beach or downtown. Please checkout www.marinafiestaresort.com The unit is a 1 bedroom master suite, with two queen size beds in the bedroom, a pullout sofabed in the living room and two bathrooms. There is also a kitchen with eating area (incl utensils/dishes). The balconey overlooks the pool area. The unit can sleep six adults. During high week (this is one of the five busiest weeks of the year), this unit normally rents out at $402/night. For an additional $500, you have the option to book a second 1 bedroom master suite (we weren't able to use last year's week, so I'm offering it at a discount). You could either book this second room at the same time OR stay for two weeks. Please let me know if you're interested in this option--I'd need to check on availability for the week you are interested. Also, in the past, I've been able to change the room booking to 2 separate junior suites. Each room has a queen bed + sofabed, as well as kitchen. We've also been successful at getting adjoining junior suites, which is nice if two couples are going together. Again, I'd need to know in advance to check on availability.
