It is totally paid for so the only expense is the maintance fees/taxes and the cost to transfer the deed with we expect the new owners to cover. We own every other year on even number years. The week is week 18. This falls the last week of April and sometimes into the first few days of May. You can exchange and use one of Westgate many other resorts, you can change the week or you can join international interval exchange club and exchange for other locations.
