Experience the great cross breezes the close-to-bay home needs to provide, or switch on a renter-supplied window device air conditioner. A sleeper couch that could sleep 2 more (for a total of 8) is also in the efficiency-like living-room adjacent the kitchen. Complete fridge, oven, gas stovetop and microwave complete the kitchen, permitting the convenience of food preparation in on event, if so desired. The system has its own small second-story deck that has terrific look ats of the sundown (although water is not noticeable). There is a shared turf yard to the right of the building best for whiffle ball, frisbee, or considering a football. A patio with a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill and huge picnic tables is also shared amongst the three systems, as well as a closed-in outdoor shower: perfect for washing off after a day at the beach!
