In order to book a week a signed rental arrangement and the rent is due and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival. A down payment of $200. is likewise needed and returned, after your departure, when I examine the device throughout cleaning. Payments can be made with Check/Money Order/PAYPAL/Credit Card.
