Queen bed, shower, vanity, dining for 2, kitchnette: sink, micro, sm frig/fz, toaster, hot plate, coffee pot & makings, basic: paper goods, spices, and place settings. There is a charcoal grill right out front and on the river front as well as lots of chairs/furniture and even a covered pavilion that is also a basketball court. The catfish are biting on hotdogs!
