Tankless water heater for unrestricted hot showers.The cottage has wifi for your use. 39" HD TV with Comcast cable channels. Sony Blu-ray/DVD player for watching DVD's and accessing your Netflix/Hulu/Youtube, etc accounts. The Cottage has it's own washer/dryer. A personal patio with outdoor seating overlooking the garden. Surrounding off-street parking for our guests.$85 per night for one or two visitors. $15 per night per additional person. Two-night minimum. Weekly rate $545. 10.5 % room tax.
