Located 30 minutes from of Ithaca and Cornell University to the South and Montezuma Wildlife Refuge at the North of the lake, the area offers much for to see and do.This is a lovely one bedroom home (a large 2nd bedroom is located in the finished basement), with central A/C, on the lake with its own private beach for swimming, fishing and enjoying the water and sun. Watch gorgeous sunsets and enjoy a beach fire evenings. It comes equipped with a full kitchen or if you prefer use the grill on the beach. The cottage is fully furnished with bedding, kitchen equipment and other supplies.
