Gelson's Grocery & Deli, Pickup Stix, RiteAid, Postal Store, Dry Cleaners and Gas Station within a 5 minute walk, and Fashion Island's 100's of stores and restaurants just a 5 minute drive.2 miles to Corona Del Mar, 4 miles to Huntington Beach, 8 miles to Laguna Beach.Short-term Rentals are regular.
