Weekly rental prices start at only $850 and go up to $1,250 throughout peak season. Seasonal prices are higher when there is a vacation and throughout special occasions. Our rates are all-inclusive except for a $90 cleaning charge and a refundable down payment. We have an extremely nicely embellished and comfortable 2 room 2 bath vacation home in the heart of Shelter Cove, Hilton Head's biggest marina. OUR VILLA IS DIRECT HARBOR FRONT. Beautiful marina views from the balcony, in addition to great views from the living locations and the bedroom. We also have a brand name brand-new kitchen ... beautiful cognac cabinets, granite and all stainless steel. And WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, as long as we comprehend and concur to the pet dog or cat you 'd such as to bring along ... should be well behaved/trained ... sorry, declawed felines just. Shelter Cove is a very popular place for visitors. Seas sports (fishing, kayaking, sightseeing, etc), great deals of shops for shopping and a heap of restaurants all around the harbor ... even a dining establishment that offers a "doggy menu" for your pooch! And some of the harbor front dining establishments provide al fresco dining with live music. There's even an amphitheater/pavilion perhaps 75' away from our balcony that has live home entertainment for you ... and it can collect a huge crowd! There is a totally free shuttle bus buggy that you pick up ideal next to our structure ... it takes you around the Palmetto Dunes Plantation including to the beach house and the nation store. And simply a couple of blocks far from the marina is the Shelter Cove Town Center consisting of Hilton Head's only indoor shopping center ... and a nearby strip shopping mall for wine, groceries and even more shopping. If you like theater, there's a playhouse only 1 block away. You can also lease a bike right from the marina ... go all around the marina and Shelter Cove ... even bike from Shelter Cove through the tunnel and under freeway 278 and see the rest of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation! We are also part of the Palmetto Dunes Preferred Rentals Program. As our visitor, you'll get a special ID that will certainly entitle you to discounted golf, tennis, bike leasings, even kayak & canoe rentals. It's one of the advantages for renting from us. We have weeks offered throughout the year. Weekly prices run from $850 to $1,250 relying on the time of the year and whether a holiday period. These costs are extensive other than for taxes and $90 for cleaning at the end of your stay. We likewise provide price cuts on several week stays and much deeper price cuts on month-to-month stays.
