Never a waiting list for a tennis court or even for a lounge chair at any of the three pools.Our "Home Away from Home" is approx. 1450 sq. ft. including a large screened-in veranda, two bedrooms/two baths, fully equipped kitchen; all linens & cooking utensils and even your own washer living room furnished in light oak furnishings with large flat screen enhanced tv, stereo and DVD along with tv's in each bedroom. Solid oak MBR suite with matching desk. Our unit also equipped with WiFi and central A/C.We are approximately one hour's driving time to all Orlando attractions including DisneyWorld and less than an hour's drive to Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway and City of St. Augustine's. And if you just want to stay close to home you have eight golf courses to choose from in the NSB area; kayaking and bike rentals, surf fishing, pontoon boat rentals on the St. John's river and close by in NSB. There is also a water taxi operating between NSB and the Daytona Beach area. And I could go on telling you so many fun places and things to do, but you'll have to check our guest book comments on our web site to find many of them. Better yet, check them out when you arrive at our place, hopefully.We do restrict our unit to four persons, non-smokers and sorry, no pets.
