Just steps away!This beautiful, well maintained two bedroom, two bath villa sleeps six people. There is a DVD Player along with the resort satellite TV channels for your quiet times. The villa is next to an elevator that provides easy access to parking as well as the 3 pools, indoor recreation center, deli/convenience store, lagoons and the lovely private walk to the most beautiful beach and the resort's private cabana. Other amenities are tennis, horseshoes, platform tennis, sauna, hot tub and biking. There is also Chair and Umbrella rentals on the beach available. Bike Rentals on property also !!!!(Rentals are Saturday to Saturday)Summer (4/1-9/15) and Holiday rate $850 per week. Email for nightly rates.Off season rate: $650 for the week.There is a $75 cleaning fee that include linens and towels.A $150 deposit reserves your vacation. Deposits are non-refund-able, but reservations may be re-booked subject to availability. Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit.If interested in a weekend rental, contact us by phone or for availability and ratesDay trips to Savannah, GA.(45 minutes) or Charleston, SC (1.5 hrs) make for a very lovely day.
