It's everything you think of, sipping a morning coffee on the lower dock as the sun increases, spending the day enjoying water sports on the lake and stunning nights under the stars. ONLY 1 Week of Availability Remaining: Week of July 13th (Sun, July 13th at 3pm- Sun. July 20th at 11am). $900 per week ($200 Security/Cleaning Fee is required-- will be returned in pro-rated or complete based upon condition of home at turn-over). Lake Living at its most relaxing! Enjoy this scenic 2 story lake home at the top of Honeoye Lake. The front of your home showcases floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake! Enjoy the view from the bedroom loft or from the open living area on the very first floor. For the outdoor lover (and naturally you are!), the home opens to a huge upper deck for entertaining and has direct, personal access to fun on the water, consisting of a private dock, 2nd lower dock, shed and boat hoist. There is likewise a smaller sized deck right on the water for quieter times with a cup of coffee or a great book. We are straight across from the Marina where canoes, rowboats, fishing boats and pontoon watercrafts can be leased for very reasonable rates! As part of the rental, the cooking area is totally stocked with dishes, pots and pans for the family and has an outdoor grill and a set of life jackets for the whole family and a variety of inflatable lake toy. There is a private drive and parking for 3 cars right in front of our home with ample lawn for the children to play. Sleeps 6 adults and completely stocked with board games and videos for family enjoyable! The best lake getaway!
