My house is on all sports Long Lake which supplies remarkable views. Long Lake is exceptional for fishing, swimming and water sports. The back patio supplies excellent views and beautiful dawns of the lake in a peaceful and peaceful family community setting. The gorgeous yard has a big size patio that has stone landscape that keeps you personal from my next-door neighbors with the view of the lake. It has a good backyard leading down to the lake for the children to play or to have a family barbecue. A weber charcoal grill is supplied at my home for your barbecuing requirements. The backyard likewise has a portable fire pit for s'mores and roasting marshmallows for those summer or fall evenings around the fire. My home has central air, is clean (spotless), well preserved and comfortable. It has a flat screen LCD TELEVISION, DVD Player and some movies. The cooking area is provided with all the necessities including a full size stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a table that seats 5. Other amenities include a weber grill and a 4, (4) person paddle boat for our visitor. There are floating ordeals too !! There is not only a paddle watercraft however aluminum 14 ft. fishing watercraft with ores for you and your household to make use of or bring your own boat. There is around 300 feet of Lake Frontage for your own watercraft; and there is public boat launch on the lake. All you require to bring is your clothing and your food. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a full size washer & dryer for your personal use. The Lake Shore Grocery Store is really nearby that has bait and food including a little deli secure. The rent for the month of June is starting @ $875/weekly or $275/nightly with a 2 day minimum stay. There is a Security deposit of $250 and cleaning fee of $80 dollars. Down payment is refundable. Animals are NOT permitted at the home. Smoking is NOT permitted inside my home. Smoking is enabled outside on my property only.
