A $200 refundable deposit taken in cash for any damages. One additional individual is enabled at the discernment of the owner with a charge of $25 per night. A small fouton can be provided. Sign in 3:30 pm, check-out 11:30 Enjoy the convenience of a newly finished personal 3 space suite in a customized Craftsman home. It features a comfy living-room, tiled bath, and 1bedroom with queen sized bed and views to the Bay. There is an outdoor patio space. This area does NOT include a full kitchen area, however has a microwave and small fridge for late night snacking. A light breakfast including fresh muffins or scones, fruit, yogurt, juice, grain, tea and coffee for 6 nights or less. Weekly rate includes juice, coffee, tea. Vegan options readily available.NON SMOKERS only, no pets, ... there is a $200 deposit and any outside guests welcome, but limited to 2 persons from the hours of 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, or 2 hours throughout the day in between 9am and 5 30pm.
