Delight in the private patio area, waterfall and serenity of this countryside home. Bask in the sun in the charming outdoor personal seating location or enjoy the cool breezes under of the two gazebos on the property. The studio itself is very cozy and personal. Easy access to bike paths and scenic walking tracks plus there are two wonderful walking/doggie trail just minutes from our house. We are found simply one block from Boulder City limitations and 7 minutes to CU and Downtown Boulder. Added Bonus ... Eat fresh veggies right outside your door from our natural yard. AMENITIES INCLUDE:.Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.Self-serve breakfast offered: Muffins or bagels, Yogurt, Granola, Oatmeal, Fresh Fruit, Eggs, Juice, Coffee and Tea.Queen size bed with pillow top bed mattress.Personal washroom.Flat screen TELEVISION with Cable and Free WiFi.Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner hotplate, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot, all kitchen utensils).Separate back and front entryway.Personal outdoors seating area ignoring pasture and flower gardens.Off-street parking.Two bicycles offered for your use.
