Some pots and pans, dishes, utensils, A refrig, dishwasher, cloths Washer and Dryer, counter top Bar and a little table and chairs ** (Free cordless Internet) Air condition = Dish network T V's = Outside Deck/Patio with table & chairs and propane/gas BBQ.= HOT TUB. **** Rates on this 1 bedroom, based upon a 2 night stay are just $89 per night for week nights (Sun thru Thursday nights) and $99 per night for Fri and Sat nights. ** (WOW) remain a (7days) week Special rate of just $495,(beginning on a Sun or Mon night for 7 days) *** Shorter stays are welcome with small higher rates; * Must contact owners to see if readily available and just how much. **** All rates undergo county and state lodging tax of 8.5 % to be added. * We do not have any additional charge for a cleaning fee, like many others do. **** We need a reservation deposit of $150 (can be a personel check or cashiers check sent to owners, and the continuing to be balance can be paid when you check in (money just please for we do not take charge card). ** Also when you check in we have a Damage/Deposit, inwhich is gone back to you when you have a look at, w/no damages, loss, or additional cleaning, of $50. **** This 600 sq/ft 1 bedroom Getaway is lacated on our 2 acre Riverfront property and you can stroll the course to the River to do as you wish, ***** This Getaway is located over part of our single family houses garage, where we a retired couple reside, (Like a Guest House) and the Getaway has it's own private outdoors stairs, driveway, and parking area with plenty of room to park any of your play toys. (boats, ATVs, canoes, snow sleds etc etc) if required. (Sorry No smoking inside and No animals allowed).
