Some pots and pans, dishes, utensils, A little refrig, dishwasher, cloths Washer and Dryer, counter leading Bar and a small table and chairs ** (Free wireless Internet) Air condition = Dish network T V's = Outside Deck/Patio with table & chairs and propane/gas BBQ.= HOT TUB. **** Rates on this 1 bedroom, based upon a 2 night stay are only $89 per night for week nights (Sun thru Thursday nights) and $99 per night for Fri and Sat nights. ** (WOW) remain a (7days) week Special rate of just $495,(starting on a Sun or Mon night for 7 days) *** Shorter stays rate with small greater rates; * Must check with owners to see if available and just how much. **** All rates go through county and state lodging tax of 8 % to be added. * We do not have any additional charge for a cleaning fee, like a lot of others do. **** We need a booking deposit of $150 (can be a personel check or cashiers inspect sent out to owners, and the staying balance can be paid when you examine in (cash money only happy for we do not take charge card). ** Also when you examine in we have a Damage/Deposit, inwhich is returned to you when you have a look at, w/no damages, loss, or additional cleaning, of $50. **** This 600 sq/ft 1 room Getaway is lacated on our 2 acre Riverfront home and you can walk the course to the River to do as you want, ***** This Getaway is found over part of our single household houses garage, where we a retired couple reside, (Like a Guest House) and the Getaway has it's own private outside stairs, driveway, and parking area with plenty of room to park any of your play toys. (watercrafts, ATVs, canoes, snowmobiles etc etc) if required. (Sorry No cigarette smoking inside and No animals permitted).
