Approx 650 sq/ft * (can sleep up to 4 persons) * ( Free wireless internet hookup)- (air conditioned) * Seperate 1 Bedroom has King size Bed **** Living Rm area has a QUEEN size Hid-a-Bed sofa - lounge chair - Elect.fireplace/stove - TV - etc etc. - Kitchenette with all cookware,dishware, and utensils furnished, elect stove top, convection oven, small table & chairs, counter top bar with stools, refrig, dishwasher and a cloths washer/dryer. - Deck/patio has propane gas BBQ with table & chairs - Yo HOT TUB ***** (Fall rates are now in affect . ** Based on a 3 night mim stay our rates are $89 per night for week nights (Sun thru Thursday nights and $99 per night for Fri and /or Sat night. ** A Special week (7 day stay) is $495 (WOW). *** ( Shorter stays are welcome at slighter highter rates )(check with owners) **** All Rates are subject to the County and State lodging tax of 8% to be added on. ** We have no extra added on charge for a cleaning fee, like most others do. ***** We require a reservation deposit of $150 (can be personal check or cashiers check mailed to us and the balance can be paid when you check in (cash only please, for we do not take credit cards.) Also when you check in we have a Damage/Deposit, inwhich is returned to you when you check out, w/no damages done or extra cleaning, of $50 +++++. This Vacational Rental is a Newly done approx 650 sq ft unit,is over part of our personal garage, (Like a Guest House apt) and has it's own outside private stairway and driveway and parking area with plenty of room for parking your toys, Boat.
