(Now Taking Reservations for SPRING - SUMMER - FALL) (5 miles south of Sunriver Resort) ** This Approx 650 sq/ft * (Newly done) Extra clean and Nice * (can sleep up to 4 persons) * ( Free Wireless Internet conection) * (air conditioned) * The Seperate 1 Bedroom has a King size Bed with lounge chair and a Dish network TV and a walk in cloths closet **** Living Rm area has a QUEEN size Hid-a-Bed sofa - a Recliner chair - Elect.fireplace/stove - TV - etc etc. - Fully equiped Kitchenette with all cookware,dishware, and utensils furnished, elect stove top, small oven,l table & chairs, counter top bar with stools, refrig, dishwasher and a cloths washer/dryer. - Deck/patio has propane gas BBQ with table & chairs -a Covered Carport - HOT TUB ********** Based on a 3 night mim stay our rates are only $89 per night for week nights (Sun thru Thursday nights and $99 per night for Fri and /or Sat night. ** A Special week (7 day stay) is only $495 (WOW). *** ( Shorter stays are welcome at slighter highter rates ) (check with owners) **** All Rates are subject to the County and State lodging tax of 8% to be added on. ** We have No extra added on charge for a cleaning fee, like most others do. ***** We require a Reservation Deposit of $150 (can be personal check or cashiers check sent to us and the balance can be paid when you check in (cash only please, for we do not take credit cards.) Also when you check in we have a Damage/Deposit, inwhich is returned to you when you check out, w/no damages done, loss or extra cleaning, of $50 *****. This River front propertry Vacational Rental is a Newly done, approx 650 sq ft unit, over part of our personal garage (Like a Guest house) and has it's own outside Private stairway and driveway and parking area with plenty of room for parking your toys, Boat.
