King size Bed in Bedroom with TV & lounge chair ++ Living Rm area has a Queen size pull out Hid-a-bed Sofa and lounge chair and TV and Fireplace/stove. ** kitchen area is furnished with cookware, dishes, utensils, refrig, dishwasher, cloths Washer and Dryer, counter top Bar and a small table and chairs ** Air condition = Dish network T V = Free internet wireless internet = Outside Deck/Patio with table & chairs and propane/gas BBQ.*** private HOT TUB. **** Rates on this newly done 1 bedroom , based on a 3 night min stay are $89 per night for week nights (Sun thru thursday nights) and $99 per night for Fri and Sat nights. ** A week Special rate of $500 for a 7 day stay. *** Shorter stays are welcome at slighter highter rates; * Must check with owners to see if available and how much. **** All rates are subject to county and state lodging tax of 8% to be added on.* We do not have any extra charge for a cleaning fee,like most others do. **** We require a reservation deposit of $150 (can be a personel check or cashiers check sent to owners and the remaining balance can be paid when you check in (cash only please for we do not take credit cards). ** Also when you check in we have a Damage/Deposit, inwhich is returned to you when you check out w/no damages done or extra cleaning, of $50. **** This newly done 700 sq/ft 1 bedroom Vacational Rental is lacated on our property and you can walk or whatever to our private dock at the River to do as you wish, ***** It is located over part of our personal garage and has it's own private outside stairwell and parking area with plenty of room to park any of your play toys. . ** Thank you and In Best Regards; *** Dave & Gerri Thormahlen (owners) our cell #,s 425 422 XXXX or 425 238 XXXX these are Wa. state cell numbers but we live here in Oregon. ** Inform or call us for more info or whatever.Beaver Place at Huntington Road (google map) (yahoo map)Location: Sunriver, Oregon (area)
