Quiet cul-de-sac, incredible neighborhood. 10 minute drive to in-town Breckenridge, 5 minutes to the Peak 7/8 Gondola, Peak 8 Fun Park. 5 minute walk to tracks (including Peaks trail). Great hiking, mountain cycling. Please note: this home does not have a TV in any rooms. If you want to stream to your individual devices, we do have Wi-Fi. Kindly also note, this is our individual house, and we will certainly be traveling during the time frame. It is NOT set up as a luxury style rental. It is a very household friendly home. No garage access, but there is an actually huge driveway to fit your vehicles. BR 1 has a Queen Bed, closet, dresser, nightstand and lights.BR 2 has actually Twin bunk beds, small closet, dresser, desk, nightstand and lights.Restroom # 1 is upstairs (where the 2 BRs are).Restroom # 2 is downstairs.Kitchen area has waste disposal, dishwasher, electrical stove/oven, microwave, side by side freezer/frig.Kitchen area also has mixer, toaster, coffee machine. Washer/dryer in the house. Two living-room, dining room, lots of children toys (child age 6) books and family video games. Totally furnished, including linens, pots, pans, dishes, cookware, etc . You can sleep added individuals in the living-room - one sofa bed (queen), 2 chaise lounge design stuffed chairs, one inflatable Queen Air Bed, one portable Queen bed on a frame if you want/need more beds. 1/2 acre treed backyard with 2 fire pits and 1 picnic table. Trees are 60 foot lodgepole ache, 40' blue spruce, and aspen (6-60'). Refundable down payment (walk with will be done after check out) and $75 cleaning charge (for check out clean) needed.
