I have studio's, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom vacation rentals available during the year. I have rentals available at the following resorts: Grandview Las Vegas, Polo Towers Villas, The Jockey Club, Desert Rose Resort, Westgate Flamingo Bay, Desert Club Resort. Rates starting at $89 - $145 per night for studio suites. One and two bedroom rates are higher. The suites usually include a full kitchen, living room area with sofa sleeper, dining area and more. No Pets and NON Smoking units. The resorts have amenities such as pools, game rooms, fitness centers, hot tubs, bbq grills, business center and more. You can email me through craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
