If you have visited Panama City Beach since 2006, you will know that CALYPSO is the place to stay.We are the closest condo to the fabulous Pier Park, a shopping, dining, entertainment extravaganza. Just walk across the street!Imagine having a condo on the First Floor with wonderful view of the ocean and sunset, Sleeps 9, with two bedrooms plus a separate bunkroom with a twin-over-double bunkbed, two full baths, and a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer, wet bar off living room, granite countertops and many upgrades. We have the best direct oceanfront first floor beach view I have ever seen, with a balcony off both the living room and master suite.We are looking for a family who will treat our condo as if it were their own Beach House (which is what this will remind you of!) NO SMOKING OR PETS, AND ABSOLUTELY NO RENTAL TO UNDER AGE 25 WITHOUT PARENTS.LOCATION: Calypso Resort & Towers, 15817 Front Beach Rd, ZIP 32407Next to the Dan Russell Pier - across from the new Pier Park with Margaritaville, Dillards, JCPenneys, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Panara Bread, Super Target, The Grand Theatre (16 screens), Longhorn Steakhous, and MORE opening daily! We are family friendly and provide port-a-crib and high chair for baby beachlovers.We will book solid all summer.
