Impressive view *-- Yaquina Head Lighthouse to Cape Foulweather (Otter Crest). 2-bedroom/2-bath home constructed by my grandfather. Considering that we're too busy to frequently get there, we provide it as a vacation to others. Our housekeeping option (you bring linens & bath towels **) permits us to keep rates budget-friendly. Summer season: $100/night Sun-Thurs; $150/night Fri/Sat. Beginning Oct. 1, Fall, Winter & Spring: $90/night Sun-Thurs; $120/night Fri/Sat. 5 % discount rate for complete week. In addition, a single visitor takes pleasure in a 10 % discount; 5 % discount rate for a couple. We also offer short-notice discount rates-- 10 % within a month, 20 % within 2 weeks of arrival. No 1-night stays. Add 10 % for County & State taxes & $40 cleaning charge. ** We will offer linens and bath towels for: $20 (1 or 2 visitors-- 1 bed), $30 (3 or 4 visitors-- 2 beds), $40 (5 or 6 guests-- 3 beds). Dog deposit is $100, $80 refunded upon acceptable examinations of cottage & lawn following stay. While cozy for simply a couple, our 2-bedroom 2-bath, 760 SF home can sleep as much as 8, including a bunk bed. Kitchen area is fully furnished, including dishwasher. Wi-Fi/Internet, cable television, DVD. JUST LISTED DATES ARE AVAILABLE. Arrival time first day is 4 pm. Departure time is midday. : per the provided open dates below, the night of September 21 is NOT offered (Dates in parentheses, if any, are tentatively taken):. July No open nights.Aug.No openings.
