Say good bye to winter and hello to summer with this beautiful vacation spot on Block Island which lies 12 miles off the southern coast of Rhode Island. I'm renting/selling this one week Time Share at the Neptune House Resort Unit #4 on Block Island for week 20. Check-in would be Sat. May 19th @ 4:00 pm while check-out is Sat. May 26th @ 10:00 am. Rent it for 2012 and if you like it and I know you will, you can own it yourself for $500.00 which only covers the cost to have it legally transferred into your name. The yearly fees are $870.00, which is very reasonable for such a beautiful island.It's a ground level one Bedroom unit which sleeps four. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV and a combination vcr-dvd player. This unit also has a screened porch which leads out to a large back yard that has a beautiful view. The resort has a library of movies and books, a pool table and it features the only heated in-door pool on the island! Gas barbecue grills with picnic tables are available for your enjoyment, as well as a tennis court and an area for the children to play.To reach the island you can either take the ferry or a small plane. Activities on the island include biking, parasailing, hiking on the many nature trails and beaches, sunbathing, kayaking, shopping, horseback & moped riding. There's even a small zoo on the Island. A car is not always necessary due to the small size of the island (seven miles by three miles)Go online and check out the place, http://www.neptunehouse.com as it is well maintained with many updates.
