I have our 1 bdrm (sleeps 4) beach front condo available this year for my annual Maint. fee $900.00.We booked a 2 bdrm in the same resort this year so we don't need the 1bd unit. It's the week of Thanksgiving Sat. Nov. 24 thru Sat. Dec. 1, 2012. Fixed non-transferable. There's plenty of other resorts/condos in the area around Poipu to stay at after Dec. 1st if you want to extend your vaca a little longer. 1 week goes way too fast..Lawai Beach Resort is on the south shore of Kauai about 6 min from Poipu beach park and Shipwreck beach.There are three pools/hot tubs, tennis, mini golf, deli, restaurant and great snorkeling and surfing across the street. There is also cool mtn top public golf coarse with $20 greens fees down the road.. It's awesome.. www.lawaibeach.orgLet me know if you have any questions.
