The villa is next to an elevator that provides easy access to parking as well as the 3 pools, indoor recreation center, deli/convenience store, lagoons and the lovely private walk to the most beautiful beach and the resort's private cabana. Other amenities are tennis, horseshoes, platform tennis, sauna, hot tub and biking. There is also Chair and Umbrella rentals on the beach available.(Rentals are Saturday to Saturday)Summer (4/1-10/1) and Holiday rate $850 per week. Email for nightly rates.Off season rate: $600 per week. or $900 per month for monthly rentalsThere is a $75 cleaning fee that include linens and towels.A deposit reserves your vacation. Deposits are non-refund-able, but reservations may be re-booked subject to availability.
