I own a timeshare in Hilton Head Island that I am looking to sell. It is a 3br 2.5 bath unit that I have a deed for. It sleeps 10 people counting the pull out couch. They have two pools, tennis and its on a golf course. Its a tri-annual ownership package which means you own 1 week every 3 years, however you can book here or anywhere else in the rci system for 9000 points or less if you book 45 days out or sooner. The package is 21,333 points per year. You get free golf if you stay at the Island Links, and I also have a yearly developer week that you can stay at for no points and a greatly discounted rate or you can rent it out each year for extra income. If you use the 45 day or less system to book you can get 3 weeks per year plus the developer week. The maintenece fees are $956 every 3 years but they are paid up untill 2013.
