There are cooking pots, pans, silverware and other cooking utensils. There will be special treats in the kitchen each time you stay.The adjoining living room has a cozy gas fireplace for cool winter nights. The bedroom, with it's comfortable queen size bed,is separated by a pocket door for privacy as is the bathroom and laundry area. The washer and dryer are Bosch, and the laundry soap is provided. Hanging and drawer closet space is available, in the bedroom area.The living room has a small flat screen TV, with cable connection. Wireless connection is also provided.We are located 2 miles from the university, and one block from a bus stop. A small grocery and restaurant are one block away. Your private parking is off the alley, and close to your entrance. The area is very quiet and private.The pictures shown are recent, and very accurately represent the apartment.No smoking or pets please.Rates are:daily $957 days or more the rate is $ 85 a night.
