Our mountain house is adjacent to the Catoctin National Park, Frederick City Watershed and Gambrill State Park.Take the break you required in the quiet Catoctin Mountains in northern Frederick County, Maryland. Enjoy quiet country living at our gorgeous house. Have a romantic escape, a special location to commemorate, a practical place for hiking, cycling, birding or just exploring nature in the nearby woodlands. At nights, enjoy a peaceful evening inside by the glow of the gas fireplace or weather allowing a camp fire in the picnic area. The Hideaway has its own personal entryway with a common breezeway that also opens to a confined sun space ignoring the riding ring, pasture and the Frederick City Watershed. As you get in, the foyer opens to the living room featuring the gas fireplace, and for your entertainment a Samsung 31 inch HDTV with DVD gamer, a pair of little couches with comfortable huge cushions. The open dining location to the right with a nation table seats 4 (additional stools are available). The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a new whirlpool oven and stove, Whirlpool microwave, Krupps coffee machine, cookware, flatware, chef knives, dishes, Kenmore dishwasher, spices, Maytag refrigerator/freezer and even more. Paper towels and garbage bags supplied. Complimentary coffee. Both bed rooms include firm beds with clean fresh linens, and for your health the pillows and mattresses are safeguarded with allergen-free covers. The major bedroom has a queen bed with comforter. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows supplied. The second bed room has 2 twin size beds and a trundle bed. The 2nd floor sitting area has a huge game (coffee) table and plenty of big cushions. Full restroom with a tub and shower. We offer fresh clean quality towels, soap and a hairdryer.$95/night. 2 night minimum.
