The condo features: * Three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with a pair of twin beds in an extra large bedroom, for the kids or whoever might want their own living space and TV). * One bathroom. * Two TVs and DVD players with modest selection of family friendly videos. * Wireless high-speed internet. * Balcony with gas grill. * Washer/dryer. Rates: * September weekend rate of $115/night and non-weekend rate of $95/night. * Winter non-holiday rate of $95/night as of October 1. * Holiday/summer (from Memorial Day through Labor Day) rate of $140/night. Rates may be discounted for stays of four nights or longer. Flat $75 cleaning fee, and both it and the nightly rate are subject to 8% tax. All stays require a $250 security deposit, which is fully refundable if there are no property or out-of-the-ordinary cleaning or similar issues.
